Advantage Virtual Assistant

Key Role

An Advantage Virtual Assistant is responsible for performing administrative tasks provided by Advantage clients and ensures that she or he exceeds expectations and leads AVA clients to success so they maintain a successful business partnership with Advantage.

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 2-10 years of experience in the BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative or Real Estate Admin for a US-based account OR 1-year virtual assistant experience OR have a 4-year Bachelor’s diploma in Communication, ICT, Digital Arts, Business Management, or other related fields

  • Teachable and has a thirst for learning and self-improvement

  • Comfortable handling voice tasks

  • Must have great communication skills both verbal and non-verbal

  • Must have strong attention to detail

  • Hardworking and independent who can work with minimum supervision

  • Should possess good time management and organizational skills

  • Having a sales or real estate background is a plus but is not a requirement

  • Positive attitude with good multitasking and organizational ability

  • Amenable to work based on the client’s timezone

Responsibilities

Administrative & Client Support

  • Schedule events

  • Website maintenance

  • Schedule appointments

  • Write and reply to emails and messages

  • Be easily accessible and respond quickly to client requests

  • Able to assess and identify the client’s needs to achieve success

  • Organize the client’s inbox

  • Ensures 101% client satisfaction

  • Perform other tasks as provided by the client


Real Estate

  • Perform real estate tasks such as property management, skip tracing, agent enrollment, property analysis, comparables, and other related tasks

  • Provide the best tools and accurate information through effective research

  • Recommend potential products or services to clients by analyzing their needs

  • Answer and make calls or send messages to tenants

  • Perform other tasks as provided by the client


Sales and Lead Generation

  • Contact all prospects or leads provided by the client and schedule appointments

  • Answer inquiries of the prospective clients

  • Generate leads and convert them to prospective clients

  • Update all the required documents for each transaction including CRM tool and spreadsheet to ensure the accuracy of activity logs on the CRM system

  • Keep an accurate record of all prospective clients to regularly update lead status

  • Follow up and qualify leads from online inquiries, marketing campaigns, and other activities

  • Record and accurate call history and customer response in detail

  • Monitor competitor’s products and services and create selling strategies when necessary

  • Maintain existing customer database while building a new one

  • Scrub and validate prospect/lead information in the client’s database

  • Source target prospects using a variety of sales tools

  • Reach out to prospects via telephone and email to qualify leads

  • Initiate, build, and nurture relationships to generate fresh opportunities

  • Deliver appropriate sales scripts/presentations

  • Negotiate prices and close sales

  • Effectively overcome sales objections

  • Convert outbound leads into transfers


Social Media Management

  • Create social media content and publish across all social media platforms

  • Design and write content for the client’s website and social media pages

  • Create attractive and effective ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms

  • Assist clients in developing and implementing marketing campaigns through social media platforms to improve branding and online presence

  • Schedule social media posts using applications such as Hootsuite and TweetDeck to maintain all client’s social media accounts.

  • Keep track of data and analyze the performance of social media campaigns

  • Create social media reports for weekly business reviews

  • Perform other tasks as provided by the client

  • Primary Connection: running on a 10 Mbps wired plan (above 10mbps preferred)
