Responsibilities

  • Listing Coordination: Manage and update property listings across various platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling property descriptions, high-quality images, and timely updates.

  • Administrative Support: Streamline administrative tasks, including email management, calendar coordination, and document preparation, to enhance overall team efficiency.

  • Client Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, responding promptly to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing relevant information.

  • Transaction Coordination: Assist in the coordination of real estate transactions, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete, deadlines are met, and clients are informed throughout the process.

  • Database Management: Maintain an organized and updated client database, tracking leads, client interactions, and important milestones.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about current real estate trends, property values, and competitor activities.

  • Virtual Meetings: Facilitate virtual meetings and appointments, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both clients and team members.

Internet Requirements
