  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.

  • Familiarity with current design trends and the ability to adapt designs to suit different target audiences.

  • Effective communication and presentation skills.

  • Degree or certification in Graphic Design or a related field is a plus.

  • Conceptualization and Design: Develop visually appealing and on-brand design concepts for various marketing materials, including but not limited to digital graphics, print collateral, social media content, and website assets.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, art directors, and other stakeholders to understand project goals, offer creative input, and ensure design consistency across all platforms.

  • Visual Storytelling: Translate complex ideas and messages into visually compelling graphics that effectively communicate the desired narrative to the target audience.

  • Branding: Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand identity, ensuring all design elements adhere to established brand guidelines.

  • Multimedia Integration: Incorporate multimedia elements, including illustrations, photographs, and animations, to enhance the overall impact of design projects.

  • Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to create and edit high-quality graphics.

  • Feedback Incorporation: Actively participate in design reviews, solicit and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and enhance design deliverables.

  • Deadline Management: Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining a high standard of creativity and quality.

  • Computer Processor: at least i5 (for both primary and back-up computers) with a GPU able to handle Adobe software.

  • Computer Memory/RAM: at least 8.00 GB (for both primary and back-up computers)

  • Computer Operating System: at least Windows 7 64-bit

Internet Requirements

  • Primary Connection: running on a 10 Mbps wired plan (above 10mbps preferred)

  • Back-up Connection: running at least 10 Mbps
